Jeanne K. Smith has a unique practice combining the two disciplines of professional speaking and organizational consulting. Her specialty in both involves the Estate Organization and Assisting Estate Administrator fields of professional organizing, which she pioneered in 1992.
Using appropriate humor to soften the serious material, Jeanne makes her audience comfortable with topics they have previously avoided. With 16+ years in the "trenches," she has a treasure trove of valuable information and stories to share — to bring her message home to her audience. Her signature story is a compelling call to action.
She often says that "I offer keynotes and workshops on getting organized from cradle to grave and beyond!"
Jeanne’s presentations focus on:
- Simple and practical ways to get our affairs in order
- How to prepare your families for any life changing event — be it a natural disaster, a catastrophic illness or the death of a loved one
- Helping adult children of the baby boomer and war baby eras understand the needs of their aging parents
- Building bridges to close the communication gap between generations
She also offers presentations focused on the organization issues we all face daily:
- Paper
- Time
- Clutter Control and "STUFF"
Jeanne has created a system for estate organization titled: "Exit Strategies: A Plan and A Place For Your Estate Information," which is available as a software program and as a paperback workbook. This "gift of love" becomes the family’s personal resource guide at times of crisis.
