Cindy is the author of Make Their Day! Employee Recognition That Works. Her presentations focus on how to motivate employees and volunteers using effective management techniques rather than prizes and awards.
Cindy has worked with clients in a wide range of industries including technology, nonprofit, government, service, trade, and tourism. She teaches from experience, having spent the first sixteen years of her career as an ERP consultant, acting as a technical resource, project manager, and trainer, and learning first-hand about the manager’s role in creating a loyal and motivated workforce.
