February 11, 2018 – 2pm to 4pm
In Oakland, CA
(address upon registration)
Do you listen to podcasts? Have you ever thought, “I could do that!” or “I would love to have my own podcast to share my message?” The answer is “You can!”
Podcasting is a great media if you have a passion to share and want to establish yourself as a thought leader, an expert in your field, and you want to expand your exposure to a new or larger audience. Imagine speaking to hundreds to thousands of people every week. Being in a podcast as a host or on a podcast as a guest, you can reach and build a community of like-minded people that want to hear your voice and message. Podcasts can give you the medium to touch people on a weekly or monthly basis and provide them with valuable, free products that build relationships and potentially income.
On February 11th, Tony will present “Put Your Passion on a Podcast.” Tony will answer these questions for you:
- What is a podcast?
- How do I create a podcast?
- What do I need to start a podcast?
- How do I market my podcast?
- How do I get on Apple Podcasts, Google Play Music, Spotify, iHeart Radio or other services.
This Salon will give you the practical skills to create a podcast to help market your business or products. Bring your laptop, smartphone, tablet and let’s get started.
(Salons are casual gatherings that meet in a member’s home. Space is limited; all attendees MUST register in advance. Address provided upon registration.)
