The Board of Directors will be using WebEx for its board meetings. I chose Webex due to its ease of use, capability to support 25 members, and seamless video conferencing. Board use will be only a few hours per month, so any member that would like to use this resource for their business, contact me, Jim Carrillo at 408-782-4018 for a quick introduction, and login credentials.
I don’t suspect there will be any issues with over-use. The Mountain West chapter has used this model for some years, and has never had any scheduling issues. If things get crazy – we may just have to purchase an additional account to manage the requirements!
