Patricia Fripp, CSP, CPAE is a Hall of Fame keynote speaker, executive speech coach, and
one of the most influential leaders in the speaking profession. She is a three-time Cicero Speechwriting
Award winner, creator of the FrippVT Powerful, Persuasive Presentation learning program, and served as NSA’s first woman president.
Patricia is also the co-author of Deliver Unforgettable Presentations and has coached speakers and leaders
around the globe to command the stage and move audiences to action.

About Shep Hyken, CSP, CPAE
Shep Hyken is a customer service and experience expert and the Chief Amazement Officer of Shepard Presentations.
He is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author and has been inducted into the
National Speakers Association Hall of Fame for lifetime achievementin the speaking profession.
